Service requests
To register the death of the fact in any of the General Registry office must be submitted: 1) medical treatment institutions or medical practitioners issued medical certificate regarding the cause of death, court judgments about the fact of death or personal invitations to tender for the detection of a certified copy of the dead; 2) of the deceased person’ s personal identification document (if available), 3) must be presented to the applicant's personal identification document.Service Processing

The registration of the fact of death and the issuance of the death certificate are carried out.
