Process description

1. Service requests
   Application submission in any of the General Registry Division, presenting a personal identification document (plenipotentiary individuals - term). Persons who are located abroad, the civil-status records of a document certifying the registration may request the diplomatic and consular offices abroad.

   The Registrar of the information provided by the employee carries out verification

4. Receipt of services
   After the service, the Registry Office staff member shall be issued by the requested document.
   At the issue of the document should present personal identification document and the power of attorney (if the document is received plenipotentiary person).
