The applicant shall submit to the local government the submission specified in BOM Regulation No 1015 and the documents to be attached thereto. A local government shall issue a special permit (licence) for commercial activities in internal waters of fishing, which is located in the administrative territory thereof. The fisherman must pay the national fee before receiving the licence.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    A permit (licence) for commercial activities in a fishery related to the harvesting and pre-processing of fish on a fishing vessel or undersized vessel, as well as an offer of fish caught for further trade or processing, shall be issued by the local government in the territory of which the relevant body of water is located.
    In order to apply for a licence, a completed application form must be submitted.

  2. The payment terms service
    The recipient of the authorisation shall pay the national fee prior to the receipt of the authorisation.

    Amount of the fee for issuing an authorisation: EUR 14,23.

    The State fee for the permit for commercial activities in the fishery shall be transferred to the budget of the municipality of Gulbene.
