Service requests
Receipt of services necessary to present personal identification document (Passport or identity card - eID card).
In addition to the personal legal or authorized representative established within the personal identification document - a document certifying the right to act in the interests of another person.
In order to receive payment of state fee exemptions, shall present the relevant status, or a supporting document (if such document is not available).

After the presentation of a document certifying the payment of the state fee shall be produced in a statement. Onsite service requests are issued a statement.
