Service requests
Receipt of services necessary to present personal identification document (Passport or identity card - eID card). In addition to the personal legal or authorized representative established within the personal identification document - a document certifying the right to act in the interests of another person. Submit an application regarding adjudication of a deal with agricultural land and the transaction deed (the contract of sale, auction Act).Service Processing
Agricultural transaction assessment commission shall evaluate the received application and shall verify:
1. applicant compliance with the Law “On the privatization of land in rural areas”, Clause 28 and the conditions laid down in Article 28.1;
2. or agricultural land is purchased land dominant land use category;
3. check the information regarding the identity of State-owned agricultural land.Receipt of services
Comission decision concerning consent to the acquisition of agricultural land into ownership or refusal of the acquisition of agricultural land into ownership shall be drawn up a statement and the applicant will be available onsite, via the post or electronically.
