Hostel service (Gulbenes municipality youth centre “Basis”)

Process description

1. Service requests
   The recipient of the service shall turn to the service provider on-site, telephone or e-mail with a desire to use the hostel service.

2. Service Processing
   The employee of the institution shall register the recipient and prepare the invoice.

3. Service Fee Information
   The recipient of the service shall pay the service in accordance with the binding rules “Fee services in the professional direction education institutions and youth centres of the Gulbenes municipality”:
   1 night 1 peron - 7.10 EUR + VAT
   more than 2 nights for 1 person - EUR 5.68 + VAT
   Use of the kitchen - 1.42 EUR + VAT/day

4. Receipt of services
   The recipient of the service is granted a bed space and bed linen for a specified time.
