A person who needs a duplicate of a general education document submits an application to an educational institution that has issued a general education document or an education, culture and sports department of the municipality of Gulbene district or a local education specialist.Service Processing
A person who needs a duplicate of a general education document announces in the official gazette Latvijas Vēstnesis of the lost, stolen, destroyed or non-renewal of the damaged document as invalid. The author of the application pays for the announcement.Receipt of services
Not later than within 10 days after the publication of the advertisement, the director of the educational institution, the head of the local government educational administration or a local government education specialist shall issue a duplicate and register the issued Certificate of General Secondary Education in the bookkeeping and registration book or the Certificate of General Secondary Education issued in the bookkeeping and registration book.
The recipient of the duplicate will sign it for receipt. The requested duplicate is issued on the institution where it was initially requested.
