Service requests
The municipality support applicant must submit a certain application form to the Gulbene Regional Municipal Sports Commission (Annex 1). The application must be accompanied by a statement of expenditure and documents.
Municipal Support Applicant who wishes to qualify for the organization of sporting events or events for the following year must submit a specific application form (Annex 2) to the Gulbene Local Government Sports Commission (Appendix 2), the criteria for assessing the sporting event or the event must be attached to the application (Annex 3).Service Processing
Gulbenes county local government shall examine the submissions received the Sports Commission and the decision shall be notified to the 30 days.Receipt of services
Applicants will receive a response letter or an extract of the Sports Commission through the mail.
